Responsive emails

Allow the response creation of emails from the application.

Possibly use framework ink for creation of emails.

Backfill on email tests

There are currently no tests for the emails, add some

Allow ability to view the emails that have previously been sent

For email runs that have already been completed allow the user to be able to view the email that was sent in case they want to be able to copy it for other emails.

Could possibly allow the user to define a template which they could then use.
Could possibly allow the user to create a template from an previous run.

Add some security

Add some security around adding emails to the system

User model, maybe roles or just authenticated users. Admin maybe for adding more users.

Send email from application

Allow the sending of an email to the application.

Probably a couple of requirements here:

1. Initially a test email
2. Allow sending of an attachment to the email
3. Allow setting who the email was from
4. Allow batch send of the attachment to the email
