关于heartbeat的研究：
1）用来进行失效检测
2）可能会存在误报
一般的处理流程
              osd map changed
osd0  ----heartbeat_request------> osd1
 ||                                 ||
 ||                                 ||
heartbeat_to                     heartbeat_to
heartbeat_from                   heartbeat_from
但是，当osd0认为osd1是其peer，而osd1属于新增的osd，并不认为是osd0的peer
此时，信息的不对称导致osd1不会发送ping::heartbeat给osd0
从而导致osd0在一定的时间间隔内没有收到osd1的ping回复，进而主动标记osd1为failed
弄清楚这些很重要
