Support Python 2.7

@rafaelcaricio apparently wants to have Python 2.7 support for Connexion (spec-first/connexion#284 (comment)).

PyPI description rendering (README.rst) is broken

Apparently the reStructuredText formatting in README.rst is too much for PyPI: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/clickclick

Update docs, pypi, etc. to state support for Python 2.7

Everything seems to claim this library is Python3 only, eg: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/clickclick/1.2.1

Unable to install tar.gz in environments without access to global pypi. Please, consider building py2 wheels

Due to current pip/setuptools behavior packages listed in setup_requires are always downloaded from global pypi, regardless of index argument passed to pip install (please, see pypa/setuptools#209) for more details. This makes it impossible to install source distribution in environments without access to global pypi on python2.7.

• The easier fix:
  add setup.cfg to the project with the following content:

[bdist_wheel]
universal=1

This will result in release.sh producing py2py3 wheel (just like click project) and the wheel doesn't suffer from the setuptools bug mentioned above.

• The harder fix:
  figure which setup.py commands need ['six', 'flake8'] and do something along the lines of

import sys
...
need = {'clean', 'flake8', 'test'}.intersection(sys.argv)
setup_requires = ['six', 'flake8'] if need else []

Optionally accept adding new line after Action message

I might be missing other workaround, assuming the following:

with Action('Get stuff ...'):
    print(yaml_stuff)

the output will look like:

Get stuff ...id: yaml-obj-id
key: value

OK

I suggest adding nl=False to Action, as in case it was True it would always append a new line to the end of the action message. (this ofc instead of always calling print/secho new line in Action block)
