'Select Azure DevOps Project' option gets stuck forever sometimes (snapshot below). The issue went away after restarting VSCode. Note that this has gone past the org selection - it was able to successfully list all orgs. So there are no issues with the VSCode instance.

There are 2 issues here:

1. Why the 'Select Azure DevOps Project' option was not listing the projects?
2. Even if for some reason the projects could not be listed, the UX should have timed out and showed some failure message to the user.

Some string got attached to the repo url. The Url in the service endpoint was like "OwnerName/Repository/randomstring"

Show message like "No subscription found" / "No Web App found"

1. Open VS Code with no workspace open
2. Start "configure pipeline" command
3. It will ask for login. Click on that it will take to browser
4. Authneticate there and come back
5. Automatically a "open folder" dialog is being shown. This is very confusing. we should first intimate user that no workspace is open and he has to open a folder.

Repro Steps:

1. Open the parent folder of any git repo.
2. Select the git repo folder in the explorer.
3. Open command palette and select Azure Pipelines: Configure Pipeline option.
4. The command fails with error Selected workspace is not a git repository.... (snapshot below)

This is a bit confusing since the Right click -> Configure Pipeline option works on the selected folder, but not the command palette command.

seen with Azure Repos. Not seen always.

'Select Azure Pipelines template' option is showing NodeJS templates even for plain static website. Snapshot below:

fatal: HttpRequestException encountered.
An error occurred while sending the request.
bash: /dev/tty: No such device or address
error: failed to execute prompt script (exit code 1)
fatal: could not read Username for 'https://github.com': No error

Either not have option on right click menu for file, or configure pipeline for the folder in which file exist

Repro Steps:

Open any folder (not under a git repo) in VSCode -> Right click on a sub-folder -> Configure Pipeline

It fails with error "with error Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined. Find below snapshot of the error:

Configure Pipeline option does not handle the line endings correctly when checking-in the pipelines YAML, resulting in the error fatal: LF would be replaced by CRLF... (snapshot below)'

Happens when local repo is out of sync with remote repo
