Input Field issue

When I am trying to add input field inside the panel, whole form getting hide. Please see attached video.

The moment I am trying to write anything, form is getting hide.

Data not fully visible sometimes

I am facing one issue, sometimes when I am clicking on header to see the below data, the view is not opening fully, its opening half or less than that. Why is this so?
