There should be a way to create comments in the rules file, that are not parsed.

Rules should be checked when parsed. They can be checked to make sure they correspond to an actual key, etc. that will not break the program.

ex: I misspelled "description" in a rule and it broke because it wasn't a real key. I should exclude these and print put a warning that the rule didn't apply.

When the option is provided, the statements will be written with the "unreconciled" marker in them, as defined by ledger convention (or the user).

If there is a new line or return character in a description string (for god knows what reason), it messes up the print out (or could).

The unit tests should be able to run in the travis CI correctly. This includes importing the project files so I can actually test the back-end functions.

All CLI code should be in the cli file (lia.pi), and the non-interactive code should be in backend files.

This will allow better testing.
