Changing getting data from the api via requests library to getting it using aiohttp

Expected behavior
aiohttp to be used instead of requests

This python wrapper can be used to do the same.

Add the increase in cases / deaths , etc below the statistics for example: Cases: 100,000 (+1,000)

When a command with incomplete name is sent , an error shown as incorrect country name is sent

Describe the solution you'd like
Look up the closest resembling country and pass the statistics for it.

For ex: !cov country In
Should return the statisctics for india instead of an error

Takes ~1s to return the country stats since aiohttp implementation

Instant response on command
