Update Content for `/about_us` Message

• Update the embed to send back the Description and features of community.

Fix General Author Object in `config.js`

config.js contains a general author text which needs to be fixed

Create a separate function for creating an embed

Different Embeds are being created based on different options selected by users. Thus there is a need to create a utils function that shortens the code.

Introduce Permissions for specific slash commands

Some Slash Commands should only be accessible to specific roles. Archive that!

Add Image in `/help` embed

Get the embed ready for the code & conduct

Update the embed for /rules command to get this done!
