It enables job-seekers to

  • register themselves,
  • post their resume,
  • update their resume,
  • search for jobs that he/she is eligible for,
  • view personal job listings.

It enables companies to

  • register themselves,
  • search for eligible candidates,
  • view resume of a particular candidate.

Apart from there is an admin module to

  • view the database content,
  • make changes to the database content.
