The readme already states this repo contains the open source files for Hello Web App, but there's no licence file (LICENSE.md as suggested by GitHub on repo creation, I believe) which specifies how the files can be (re)used (e.g. GNU, MIT,...).
According to the Python installation instructions, adding /usr/local/share/python to your PATH environment variable is required to execute Python package modules
I believe that Homebrew no longer requires editing the PATH because it "better conforms to standard behavior." brew install python is all you need. I removed that line awhile in my local setup and my Django projects work fine. Yay for simplicity.
