command to pipe recent output

pipe command, aliased to | that can take the most recent output and run a shell command with the output passed as stdin.

centered output with page margins and fix paragraph wrapping

two things

1. paragraph wrapping: page paragraphs aren't wrapped properly by ansiwrap. Take any gemlog post for example, the paragraphs aren't wrapped evenly. some fills the entire width of the screen and some doesn't. We might need a different wrapping library for this
2. page centering and maring: have a config option like maxWidth that takes an integer value of maximum screen width to fill when rendering a page. And then it will have the content centered with empty spaces on either sides like in amfora, bombadillo etc.

Shell echo typing disabled after quit

Affected shells: bash, (probably) sh

Oldest bad commit: b9f595b

To reproduce:

1. open bash
2. open gelim
3. quit

Expected behaviour: prompt returns, shell/terminal works as normal

Actual behaviour: input to the shell is no longer echoed. Only fixed with reset or stty sane

browsing localhost error

I get this when browsing my developing gmifs server: gelim localhost

[ERROR] dial tcp: lookup .: No address associated with hostname

I don't know how to trouble shoot this. All I can say is amfora allows local browsing.

BTW I enjoy how this browser functions. There are several reasons but one of my favorites is the "tour" option. Very cool.
