Program runs slowly

Hello, I tested this program on Ubuntu, running videoEstimator.py is very slow, and then running detectionCapture.py is also very slow, why is this?

model replacement

I want to use yolov5 to replace yolov4, what should I do？

The download link of yolov4 weights is invalid. No coco.names

I tried to download yolov4 weights on ReadME, but the link is invalid.
By the way, there's no coco.names in the folder.

How I run this on windows

Hi dear sir ,
I hope to run this and tested on my own videos on windows but I have the problems on installed opencv on my locale machine ,can you help me to process on this way ?
and what modifications should I make to successfully compile your project on my own videos?
