Unable to import community templates

I was unable to import any of the community templates samples on my Connectios installation.

Could you please provide further info on how to do it ? I followed the instructions on https://help.hcltechsw.com/connections/v7/admin/admin/t_admin_comm_templates_manage.html to administer templates, but when I used the "import" button I have there and choose any of the downloaded templates on this samples, it does not recognizes them, it tolds me that the format is incorrect (I tryed both, the zip compressed file as it was, on the download, and extracting the file before).. Could you please confirm here that the format is correct ?
