Persistent "AccessDenied" status
This is not an issue per se, but a question. Apologies for a newbie question - BTW, thank you for the excellent tutorial.
While I was testing this app on my device, when it was asking for a permission to use the camera, I accidentally pressed "no". Now I always get the AccessDenied status. I wonder how I can reset this?

Could you add a LICENSE file specifying the license of this repository? I'd really appreciate having clarity around this and being able to include this code in my open-source project.
