Specifications on spies or stubs on such functions like copyFile and link are not well-defined yet.

It might be handy if fs.mock stubs the current working directory if there's no spies or stubs is registered when executed.

Considering that use and mock are not likely to be used together, we may abandon use and let mock behave as the current use if a callback is passed.

As in the case of fs implemented in #11, it may be convenient if cmd.mock has a default behavior when there's no spies or stubs is registered, which is likely to be stubbing all commands.

Currently, per-stub (or spy) and per-module layers of resource management coexist, which may be confusing or inconvenient.
