Add internal resource

Internal resource can be used for temporary lending
Requirement:

• A checkbox in Resource create page to set it as internal
• An option to delete the donation in Resource's detail page
• An option to delete the donation in Home page
• An "Internal" tag in Resources list page
• An "Internal" tag in Resource's detail page
• An "Internal" tag in Donations list in home page

Note:

• There shouldn't be an option to convert am already created resource as internal
• "Internal" tag shouldn't be displayed for Donations in Resource's detail page

Populate last contribution value in new contribution textbox in profile page

It would be easier to contribute by just clicking the contribution. If the user has any previous contributions, display the latest value in the textbox. If not, let the placeholder be displayed as we don't want to display a default value :)
