book's Issues

Authors

Currently the book notates who made the last edit in the bottom. But editors are not necessarily authors of the main body of work. We should add support for authors that links the an authors page for said author. My thoughts around the authors page is that it could be a SPA (angular?) that pulls down content on the author for userdb so that the author can maintain their information without having to update multiple locations on a change. Photo storage could use libravatar which is a FOSS gravatar that can also be self hosted if we so choose

Where can I easily read this book online?

Is there a place where I can easily read the entire book online, without building it myself? If so, should the URL be added to the project description and/or README file?

More clarification on entropy sources for Trezor/Ledger HSMs

The disadvantages section of both Trezor and Ledger say that the entropy source is controlled entirely by ARM:

* Entropy source is controlled entirely by ARM

* Entropy source is controlled entirely by ARM

I think it would be beneficial to clarify that the user can use their own external entropy as a source by importing a BIP39 mnemonic seed phrase.

If this has been carefully generated via a scheme like diceware then it's literally just using the universe as it's entropy source.

In my opinion this is a huge advantage of these two devices.
