QuickBusmuth is a private mining pool client for the Bismuth cryptocurrency

QuickBismuth is a Python module to fastly mine the Bismuth

The miner.py script connects to pool servers and requests blocks to mine, proof of work is submitted and used to evenly distribute the rewards when blocks are mined.

If Cython is available a native C module is compiled which boosts mining speed, this stub can be used to customise your miner dependant on your hardware.

Included in the source package is:

Better build and run instructions

To build on linux, need deps: cython, python-dev, libcrypto-dev, gcc, upx

To build on OSX, need to install same deps from brew, instead of libcrypto you need openssl

Command line args - take mining address first, port/server second

This will make it easier for new people to get started.

Mulit threading support - use all available CPU by default

At the moment it only runs 1 thread per process, meaning to fully use a CPU you have to run multiple.miners.

There is also significant overhead when communicating with pool, comma should be in a separate thread too.

Win32 build

Preferably using mingw32 and the same Makefile.
