Add targeting via group ID

Add the ability to have a feature item only appear for constituents assigned to a particular group ID.

Change feature item lead text to work universally for singular or plural

Currently there is a system in place that changes the lead text of the feature items section to either say "Here are more ways..." or "Here's another way..." based on whether the number of features items is singular or plural. But if we add targeting based on group IDs, we might end up with cases where a user sees it in the plural, because more than one feature item were listed in the original, but only see one feature item, because only one of the feature items was targeted to them/not targeted at all.

So it would be better to change the text, more simply, to "Here's how you can..." so it works universally.

Remove padding from the top of the lead article body text

Looks like there may be too much space at the top of the lead article text, so maybe reduce it or just remove the padding on the element containing the article body.

Add option to have 2 buttons side-by-side

Add the ability to add 2 buttons side-by-side to both the lead article and feature items.
