There are some security vulnerabilities in dependencies needs to be fixed. Mostly fixed by updating webpack and jQuery version.

Hi,
I cloned your webpack starter kit, and was able to setup my project, I am facing one issue that is webpack is not configured for importing images or html template files from node_modules plugin
Ex:
I installed angular-datatables using npm install angular-datatables --save

When I execute yarn start, I get an error in the browser console

Uncaught Error: Cannot find module './images/loading.gif'
at webpackMissingModule (overrideLoadingTpl.html:1)
at Object../node_modules/angular-datatables/archives/v0.2.x/demo/basic/overrideLoadingTpl.html (overrideLoadingTpl.html:1)

Can you please recommend how to fix this

Hi,

I tried to specified in webpack.config.js devtool:'source-map', but still i m unable to debug in vscode or chrome debugging tools in browser.

Also would it be possible to extend the kit of showcasing angularjs services with $http
and injecting this service in the controller
