Hapi.dev seems to only be serving docs for v20 about hapi.dev

I hate to be that guy that posts "Oh I found the answer", and then closes the issue without giving that answer:

It's just the API.md in the root of the project -- and you can toggle the version using the tags in the top-left.

I believe it is due to the shift in the project governance. Since the TSC doesn't have hold of the version prior to v20 but Eran still does. I may be wrong though. You could still find the relevant information on GitHub though since the website pulls the data from GH.
