Eventually, we're going to start running out of storage when using localStorage, especially once we start storing client photos. PhoneGap does nothing to extend the limit past 2.5MB/5.0MB/10.0MB (depending on the browser/platform).

However, PhoneGap has its own database built-in which we should use instead. This allows us to use much more storage if necessary.

This is getting really messy.

Currently, there are no constraints

e.g. number of employees, departments, etc?

It's actually the inner content that is now aligned wrong, but it looks at a glance like it's the toolbar that's wrong. See attached image.

We can probably just use Modernizr for detecting this, but I suspect there will be edge cases. We might need a CSS mixin that does the fallback for us.

The PhoneGap exporting code is pretty bad and could use some work. There are stupid dependencies all over and hacks to get things working that we shouldn't need.

Mobile browsers, including PhoneGap, add a slight delay to taps because they have to be able to detect double taps. We aren't going to implement double taps in any way, so we should eliminate this delay to make the app feel more snappy and responsive.
