Accented char in password

If you have an accented char in any base64 encoded MDT variable, it will not be accurately decoded from ConvertFrom-Base64.

Here is the modification to make it works

function ConvertFrom-Base64($stringfrom) { 
    $bytesfrom  = [System.Convert]::FromBase64String($stringfrom); 
    $decodedfrom = [System.Text.Encoding]::GetEncoding(1252).GetString($bytesfrom); 
    return $decodedfrom   
}
