The document hasn't been updated in some time, nor is it really used.

On the server I won't have terminal/console access so I'd like to have SIRA-Bot message either myself directly or place it in <#200383687232192513>

If I recall correctly, we added the !active and !inactive commands that will apply and remove the "Active Roster" role when appropriate.

It could be possible to expand it to the various roles we've created for other games/groups relatively easily using the same baseline as we have for those commands.

Basically !flag but the logo instead.

!mining and !hq_ref links need to be updated to the new INARA URLs.
'!hq_ref' could be deleted because it's pretty outdated/not really needed.
