Build issue: UNC path not supported

I used Windows Terminal with Ubuntu WSL2 to build locally, and I got error message "UNC path not supported". And the product was an empty file.

Some rather important text is broken

I don't know if this issue just seems to happen to me, or if it's already a known bug. All I can say is that it doesn't work
Some rather important text for certain options just seems to not work (see attached image).
I don't know if there is a fix for it but as of right now, while I could work with these conditions, it's just really inconvenient.
Can someone help?

Also an additional Question about something else: How can I change the maximum value for that "MEAS" value? (The one that's next to the Tempo at the top)
I've seen other Midi's make it go as high as 8k but mine only goes to 1920 and I can't seem to find a way on how to increase it...
