Bug: staggering issue when scrolling on mobile devices

Can't repro this on PC, so I can't really figure out how to solve this. You can see a short span of white block while scrolling down in Profile page and the background img adjusting itself weirdly (only on mobile). Apparently this is due to 100vh or 100% not working as intended due to the search bar being present on top of mobile browsers and the browser misinterpreting the 100vh or something like that?

Add project cards

The projects page is completely empty. I will create dummy project cards that you can replace with your real projects once you have some.
If you feel this a valid issue, assign it to me and I will work on it under Hacktoberfest.
