neckerworld's Issues
Unplanned startup in nwplay.py
Now and then nwplay.py will start game action when no buttons are pressed. Just takes off on its own. No idea why.
Raspberry Pi 5 - Results
After initial testing on "bookworm arm64":
- "cube" fails - "Can't open GLFW window".
- nwplay.py - "No module named tensorflow". There is no python3-tensorflow package available. Maybe need to convert inference to PyTorch which is available.
- nwview.py - Works nicely.
Lockup in nwplay.py
On occasion nwplay.py locks up and becomes unresponsive. Buttons don't work, can't close it. As if it is waiting for a message that never comes. Was in a move loop last time this happened. Exits when you kill the server, so that indicates that it has sent a message and is waiting and then the TCP connection is closed on the other end.
Object detection on wide playing field fails
Cube scans endlessly with the default object detector.
