Project clarification

Could we have a bit more clarification on this library and its usage?

In particular, at first, I thought this was supposed to be a library ala Dataset but based on the other issues and the opam install instructions it looks like an executable. A bit more in the README would be helpful.

Add a “guess from how files look” command

Use opam files to install tool

I think the preferred way of installing executables is via a bin field in a redaw.install file.

Make `redaw generate` more clever

• there should be a form of pattern/templating (like with Buffer.add_substitute)
• explode and implode Pointer_to name into one/multiple files

Handle bam-based datasets

Maybe Bam datasets should record how they were aligned (esp. with which reference genome).
