XML Elements of type "ref" are treated as @nullable. We should be able to read the Nillable=true/false attribute and annotate the methods correctly, but it is not so easy to do.

So this XML:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<xsd:schema elementFormDefault="qualified" xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">

  <xsd:element name="root">
    <xsd:complexType>
      <xsd:sequence>
        <xsd:element ref="nonnull_reference" />
      </xsd:sequence>
    </xsd:complexType>
  </xsd:element>

  <xsd:element name="nonnull_reference" nillable="false" type="xsd:string"/>

</xsd:schema>

Should produce @nonnull annotations. Currently it makes them @nullable.

I'm interested in using this plugin, but unfortunately it's not available on Central yet. I see it's been a long time since you've last worked on this projet, but do you think you could upload version 1.0.0 to Central?
