[Q] Why left this unmaintained?

Correct me if I'm wrong, this is collection of scripts that you use around other minimal tools to setup layout, so make it minimal and very flexible but very opinioned and not so portable. But I think this is better even than tiling window.

This project is perfectly fit to my demand of how to define a graphic environment, I've always be put in scenarios that working on some set of tools only and need a way to maximun use of them in minimal way.

[Q] Detach window for manual resize?

Look promising to me for use hwwm, haven't tried it yet, but this is a question that can we map a key with sxhkd to detach a window for resize it manually? this is for more flexible use.
