What problem does this feature solve?

A GitHub user that works across multiple repositories and projects needs a widget to filter out issues

What does the proposed solution look like?

Provide a customizable GitHub issues widget that allows the user to filter GitHub issues by selecting different repositories. The selection must allow more than one repository to be selected.
