Do you intend to add measurementType columns and measurementTypeID and so on as per OBIS ENV Data format? For the International Year of the Salmon Ocean Observation System (IYS-OOS), we're storing bottle file type data in the Darwin Core Archive format, and then creating a 'bottle file view' to share via ERDDAP as a 'Data Series' (type in the MD_Identifier section of our metadata profile).
