I want to know how to create smppsim.jar from the source code ?

Please can you explain the main cause of the Exception

throw new Exception(" Error: specified size of octet-string (" + actualLength

In method PduUtilities.getStringValueFixedLength(byte[] pdu, int pduIndex, int actualLength) ?

I get this exception everytime i simulate Submit_SM with delivery receipt.

SMS MT Mobile Terminating

Can this simulator receive SMS MT Mobile Terminating SMS. Unable to establish TRX or TX Bind with SMS Gateway
