Specs

  • If NaN, return NaN
    • input: -5
    • output: "Not a number"
  • User input must be a positive number less than 4000.
    • Input: 4500
    • Output: "Please enter a number less than 4000.
  • Convert user input to roman numbers.
    • Input: 55
    • Output: LV
