I also had a few questions about the UX/UI researcher and designer recruitment. I know you said you have a meeting with Snigdha. I can either join in the beginning or in the end, as per convenience, if you give me the timing. I need to understand why we are hiring a UX designer and researcher at this point. Where do the UI people come in? I ask because this has UX/UI, UX designer and UI designer while this has just UX. Please bear with me as I learn the ropes :) and thank you for your patience :)

Thank you for your interest in our project.
This is an ongoing project but we appreciate any time that you are able to give. Design wise...our main priority is finishing up our logo...we have a very experienced designer working on it and she is looking to collaborate and share work with another designer...once the logo is finalized...we will move very quickly on to the communication guide and style guide...then the website design...
UX research wise...we are currently developing our personas and will be moving on to user stories then...

Also...at this point our main priority is to finish our logo...(our project is fairly new) and our lead designer has done a wonderful job with our creating a brand identity for us...she is strained for time due to outside projects and is looking to collaborate with another designer to help finalize the logo...once that is done...we will be moving on to the communication guide...style guide and website design and content...

For sure, I do have experience drawing logos for my friends' shop using procreate, I also did logo designs for other projects using Adobe XD or Figma, and I'm looking forward to working with other designers, developers, or pm!

My apologies...we just took on a new cohort for this summer and I have been swarmed in getting the ball rolling and meeting deadlines. I wasn't able to discuss your onboarding in much detail with Bonnie this week. The PMs meet again on Monday and I will definitely update you before EOD Monday.

Also, I had mentioned in our earlier conversation that we do need help with logo design, communication guides, and website designing. What is that you are interested in learning and or have the skills/experience to help with? What I am interested to learn and gain experience from HfLA projects… To be honest, I'm not quite sure because as I am applying for jobs and often have been hearing feedback from interviews and portfolio sessions, it seems many have told me they are looking for someone with more experience — who has shipped products, worked with design libraries and communicated my design decisions with developers. The experiences I had the opportunity to learn in the UX space, is collaborating with mostly different designers in my side projects, hackathon events and my current apprenticeship.
