If a function has untyped argument and therefore usages of this argument pass all parser typechecking, evaluator doesn't do any typechecking and can assing wrong value to wrong type.

Example:

func Main(var a): number {
    return a;
}

Current behavior:
If called with string as a first argument, function returns string despite of it should be returning number.

Expected behavior:
Evaluator exception is thrown.

If a function accepts an object as it's argument it can't be called from CLI because object type can't be provided as an argument.

Example:

object Foo { var goo; }
func Main(var a: Foo): void {}

Current behavior:
Provided example can't be called from CLI at all.

Expected behavior:
Object types can be provided to CLI as arguments via path to json file that is serialized.
