Would be good to be able to just use ~ as a shortcut.

boulder-rs has some subtle differences with the manifest produced as compared to boulder-d

reproduce:

$ ./autobuild query src:/home/user/sos/recipes/ gtk-3 gtk-4
 🕱  Failed to parse state: Failed to parse /home/ninya/sos/recipes/m/modemmanager: unknown RecordType: %!w(payload.RecordType=0)

To "fix" build all affected packages with boulder-d instead of boulder-rs.

Putting notes here so I don't forget.

Repro:

autobuild query src:<path-to-packages> llvm llvm15

There's about a 50% chance it will say cyclic dependencies when there clearly shouldn't be any.

I found this problem all the way back in November or December yet I'm still unable to figure why the heck this happens.
