I would like to contribute to the project by setting up GitHub files so that it becomes easier new contributors to validate project.

Greeting new users:

it will greet users when they create a new pull request or new issue. we can also add to get contributors to join our social media through this greeting messages.
here's example of one :

which will check if the project is building when user created pull request so that we don't have to deal with the problem of user merging code which has some errors.
