Este projeto consiste em um estudo de caso sobre uma Rede Neural Artificial (RNA) projetada para reconhecer dígitos em imagens 28x28. Cada imagem contém um algarismo associado a um rótulo previamente conhecido.

The project compares two Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) approaches to classify images of cats and dogs. One CNN is created from scratch, while the other uses Transfer Learning, taking advantage of a pre-trained network. At the end, the results obtained were compared.

O projeto visa realizar a redução de dimensionalidade em imagens, começando pela conversão de imagens coloridas para tons de cinza. Posteriormente, estende-se a redução para representações binárias, onde a matriz de cada imagem contém apenas valores 0 ou 1, consolidando a simplificação dimensional almejada.
