Hi, I've noticed you aren't using FIFO and/or content-based dedup in your SQS.

Won't this result in possible multiple executions of the target (due to the distributed nature of SQS), creating problems on our end unless our target code is idempotent?

And can't this be mitigated by applying the aforementioned flags to SQS?

For example, MySQL's default unix_timestamp() is 10-digit, not milisecond precision timestamp (so I had to multiply by a 1000 basically)
