This repository contains the algorithm's code. When code is pushed / merged to main branch, it is tested automatically, a Docker image is built and sent to the server to train.

Model versioning at deployment

Quick Descritpion :

Currently every time a new "model code" is pushed to main, it is trained on the local-server.
But the files of the new model (package + joblib of the pipeline) always erase the ones of the previous model. Need for multiple model version to exist at the same time on storage.

Goal :

Reproducibility + possibility for A / B testing

Ideas :

Need to find a way to name + add date for the new model (db ?)

Testing model's code

Quick description :

There is currently no tests whatsoever, before training / pushing model on local-server

Goals:

• Testing pipeline
• Testing if the model packages well before merging with main
