There is a tremendous lack of spec for this engine.

We need to change belugas command on Usage & Setup sections on readme, from this:

docker run \
  --interactive --tty --rm \
  --volume "$PWD":/code \
  WhalesIL/belugas-python

To this

docker run \
  --interactive --tty --rm \
  --volume "$PWD":/code \
  whalesil/belugas-python

Otherwise Docker will complain

docker: invalid reference format: repository name must be lowercase.
See 'docker run --help'.
