I am a computer programmer and game developer who besides writing computer systems (usually videogames) loves to teach too. I received my BSc. in Computer Science from ESPOL University based on Guayaquil, Ecuador.
My interests in videogames go from pure entertainment to artistic expression to serious games. I've been an indie developer and cofounder of Freaky Creations, the first studio based on Ecuador who released a game(To Leave) for PS4 console and Steam on PC. Currently, I am a Senior Game Engineer at Wildlife Studios who developed big mobile titles like Sniper3D, Zooba, Tennis Clash and Suspects: A Mystery Mansion.
Regarding teaching I have lectured the undergraduate course Introduction to Videogame Development at ESPOL University and when I was a student I lectured Programming Languages and Physics (classical mechanics and electromagnetism) as a TA for those courses.
And finally I would like to mention my research side where I was a member of the Distributed Systems Research Lab (DiSEL) directed by PhD. Cristina Abad, you can see my publications below.
