Bring up to WebVR 1.0 Spec

It seems this repo is likely unmaintained but just for completeness sake - I tried to use this extension with the latest Chromium experimental build and it would not load for me. It looks like it's just using deprecated APIs.

Here's my first attempt at bringing it up to date. lshepard@616f0c3

That diff renders with no console errors - yet, still doesn't display on my Rift. I haven't tried with any other displays.

I'm leaving this here in case anyone else comes across and would like to offer guidance or take a crack at updating this extension. I think the extension is pretty neat idea and would be way easier than other means of viewing Youtube 360 videos on the Oculus Rift.
