livereload in watch not working about grunt-contrib-connect

I think it means the task runs a livereload server and not your app. You still have to specify your apps config, it's only a few lines

livereload in your connect task options will inject an script tag that enables the live reloading on your page for you:

connect: {
    server: {
      options: {
        // keepalive: true
        livereload: true
      }
    }
  },

The connect task itself doesn't do any live reloading or communication with the watch task. It is all handled by the watch task, see: https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt-contrib-watch#live-reloading

So, in this case, grunt-contrib-connect just makes it so that I don't have to use the Chrome LiveReload plugin or put the JS LiveReload script in index.html? Is that right?
