Is that the common usecase though? Like, why do people need multiple static directories? I would think it would be to do similar things like in yeoman, which would make the last item in the array the one, that should be the directory.

I think the directories is the less important part to having multiple bases. I didn't think it was a big deal if it listed the files of the first base and made the other bases accessible if you knew the url. Which is why I merged it in that state.

But whatever way works best for yeoman, I'm happy to make that change. So last item in the array would be most consistent?

Done. Bumping to 0.4.1 as I doubt anyone is relying on the previous behavior in the last day it was implemented.
