Shebang support

It would be great if this compiler supported shebangs. By support, I mean a) not barf on them, b) emit them if they're present, and c) adjust the source map to reflect their presence.

Babel and TypeScript support them, but the CoffeeScript compiler doesn't (it just omits them).

Support for --nodejs option

It would be great if this tool would be able to forward --nodejs options to the underlying coffee executable!

node >= 0.12

I noticed the node-0.12 branch. Is it ready for release? I'd like to use this soon... I'm actually on iojs which I'm guessing will work too.

Also noticed that you are dropping support for 0.10... Do you have to? It's no big deal, as I mostly just test against 0.10 anyway.

Looks like a useful project.
