基于QMUI1.7.3版本

翻译QMUI计划：

希望帅帅的能同我一起尽快完成这个计划，提升iOS开发者的开发效率，把生命用着更有意义的地方。 加入计划有以下几点小小的要求：

  • 熟练使用Swift
  • 熟悉swift-style-guide
  • 在提交代码前，必须使用SwiftFormat对代码进行格式化
  • 每次新建一个swift文件，将文件名贴入progress.md文件中
  • 注意文件都是按首字母排序

目标

由于语法的差异，有的OC特性Swift不支持，我的初步计划是：

  • 硬翻译为Swift，保证编译通过
  • 使用Swift的语法特性去优化该库
  • 使用函数式编程和设计模式把该框架做到最好
