Use Instructions

I've created an example C# console application that demonstrates how to call the function exposed in this DLL: graememeyer/CS-BXOR-DLL-EXAMPLE

Compilation Instructions

First build the object file:

gcc -c -DBUILD_DLL .\src\BXOR-DLL.c -o .\bin\BXOR-DLL.o

Then build the dll:

& gcc -shared -o .\bin\BXOR-DLL.dll .\bin\BXOR-DLL.o '-Wl,--add-stdcall-alias'

The preceding & is a trick to make PowerShell accept the complex arguments as strings and not try to interpret them.

Compiler Version

I only managed to get this working with a very specific install of gcc via mingw-w64 because I'm a total noob and don't yet understand the nuances of the compiler and the calling conventions. I tried with gcc versions 6.x and 9.x, but was getting mangled function names. I'll try to fix this in a later version.
