Support for two/multiple document templates for a module about govready-q

We could auto-generate a simple table of questions and answers - no need to make a template just for that.

The simple a official format was the simplest example that came to mind.

But other use cases include generating a readable version plus a yaml or JSON format. Or generating content for ticket issues while also generating content for an email.

I added JSON/YAML (as well as plain text (text) and HTML (html)).... but I don't like how I did it, so I'll probably re-do it later.

So this is good because now different formats are supported. That's helpful.

Was also getting at multiple templates simultaneously for one module, as in template 1, template, 2, template 3.
